This gift will give SBI its employees in the new year

State Bank of India (SBI) is going to give Bereavement Leave to its employees. This is for the first time when a bank in the public sector in India is giving this type of holiday to its employees. SBI's decision means that if an employee's family member dies, employee can take leave. This will leave for 7 days under the rule and it will be a pad leav.Apart from this, SBI is going to provide more facilities to its employees. SBI's Magnificent Director said that the bank will also provide 75% subsidy to Mediclaim premiums of retired employees with a monthly pension of up to 20000 rupees. Retired employees with pension up to 20000-30000 will be allowed up to 60% in Mediclaim. The family of SBI employees has increased the Mediclaim cover from 75% to 100%.





He further said, "We are following the leave rules applicable to multinational companies. We will get employees working to spend time with their families in these tragic times. "According to the rule, the family will have a wife, parents, mother-in-law and children. It is not necessary for the family member to have a Dependent to take a break. In this situation of mourning, the benefits of this kind of benefits can be taken by the bank's permanent and temporary employees.According to a report, many companies in the country are pursuing such holiday rules imposed by Facebook. In 2015, Facebook's Chief Operating Officer Sandberg's husband passed away on a 20-day leave. Companies such as TCS, Cipla are already giving this kind of holiday to the employees.
